Junior Graphics Designer

Job description

Kochi-based techno-advertising company is looking to hire an experienced Graphic Designer to work on projects. The key responsibilities of the designer would be to work alongside the creative and IT team to prepare compelling designs for ad campaigns and websites.
Role

• Design creatives for marketing/media promotions
• Design posters for social media
• Design presentations / creative content / infographics
• Design Website user interfaces
• Design logos and icons
• Create cinemagraphs and small animations/motion graphics (Preferred)
• Edit videos and audios (Preferred)
• Draw sketches/cartoons (Preferred)
• Participate in client calls/meetings to understand the requirements

Key requirements

• Excellent verbal communication - selected candidates need to communicate with clients directly. Ability to handle multiple clients
• Professional in approach
• Go-getting attitude
• Willing to go through multiple iterations to bring out the best results. Perseverance is key!
• Bring originality to all content - effective use of colors and styles, ability to explore fonts, etc. to name a few.

Salary
Fixed Pay + Variable Pay model. The more approved and released creatives will earn you more revenue
Schedule

• Monday to Saturday

Supplemental Pay

• Performance bonus
• Variable Pay based on number of creatives approved and released.

Experience

• 2 years (Preferred)

Graphic Design Competencies

• Photoshop, Illustrator
• After Effects, Premiere, Audible (Preferred)
• InDesign (Preferred)
• Drawing using Wacom Tablet (Preferred)

Job Duties

• Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required
• Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
• Communicate frequently with clients to update them on the progress of the project and to answer any questions they might have
• Attend daily team meetings in Google Meet
• Need to complete assigned tasks on a daily basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
